I feel compelled to double up tonight in order to make up for missing yesterday. So, here's a double dose of the Holy Ghost.
Peter 4: 10
Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms.
1.) What are your gifts or gift and how are you serving others with it? If you don't have a gift then make an effort to find one and serve others with it.
Make sure you record the verse, question, and your response. I have a feeling that as time elapses and you look back at this entry, it will really remind you the path that your supposed to be on. Pray, pray continually, and I am praying for you.
When your ready to listen, God is speaking. One day, I was listening and I realized that you don't have to born with any natural ability to do anything. That's just a excuse not to fulfill your potential. So, without any prior musical knowledge, rhythme, or know how. I started to learn how to play the guitar. I'm not going to wait around for God to zap me with some special ability. I'm going to go after it in devotion to God. So, when I'm practicing, in my heart I'm worshipping. It's something I want to do for God (kingdom building) not something that God necessarily does for me.
ReplyDeleteI say, whatever it is that anyone wants to be able to do, just go after it. Make it a form of worship. Don't sit around waiting for some miracle to happen. Devote the whole process to God. Let it be a form of worship. The kingdom is built by all of us doing all these small things. Unfortunately, it seems like only a some us are doing anything. That's part of why I started this blog. I want to be put in the game. If we are kingdom builders then I want to participate right there at the tip of the spear! I'm just done sitting and waiting. I know that's what God is telling me....
